What types of weddings do you cater for?
We can cater for any and all weddings, of any size and in any venue. We offer our whole range of delicious, restaurant quality food for you and your guests to enjoy. Canape, cocktail fingerfood, buffet, seated dining, BBQ, breakfast, brunch, open air, in the bush, on a farm…we can support anywhere and with any brief. You name it - we cater for it.
How many people should you cater for at a wedding?
One of the key things to remember about all things wedding is that it costs. When making decisions about how many people to bring to the party, be realistic about how much you have to spend. This then allows for the party to celebrate your marriage to be sound and solid from the outset, not pushed and full of worry.
The style of wedding you want will naturally lead into the style of the celebratory event, which in turn flows into the type of venue, sit down or stand up or both, relaxed or formal which then leads into the number of people that can be held at the venue, how many chairs and tables on site; or how many tables and chairs can be put into the space, dancefloor or no dancefloor?
The above shows that there is no set answer, but that bringing together all of the variables you can settle with a number, that primarily, is true for your celebration. Each and every detail we can support with.
Can we customise our wedding menu?
Absolutely, we can tailor any of our packages or build something completely custom just for you.
Can we schedule a tasting before we commit?
Yes, we can arrange an informal menu run through at our café attached to Fresh HQ (32 Hector Street West, Osborne Park, WA 6017). This way you will get to see the kitchen team in action, we can give you a tour of the kitchen facilities so that you can see behind the scenes and verify what we say – we are super clean and we make everything with super quality. We will inform you of the cost prior to the tasting.
Do you offer service staff, bartenders, linens, and other event rentals?
Yes, we do. Talk with us as we can attend to a much or as little as you need.
How far in advance do we need to book our wedding catering?
This may depend on the nature of the event and scale of it, key dates are booked up in advance, usually by some months so please check off all details before decisions are finalised.
If you find you need a caterer last minute, we will do what we can to support your very special day, please call us immediately and we will get to work.
