What exactly are your ready-made meals?

Each week we put together a meals menu that consists of ready-to-eat delicious meals that you can have us deliver to your home or workplace. This may be your evening meals for a week, or a couple of meals for your family in a week. Or all of your lunches for the next few days. How you use the menu offerings is up to you. What we offer is freshly prepared meals that are nutritious, delicious and for the most part gluten free, meaning everyone can eat them.

The system we use for ordering is Cookaborough and this allows you to order each week, you will need to sign up to receive notifications of our meal menu. Each meal is hand made and ready for delivery within your requested time frame. The meals can then be stored in the fridge or frozen for a later date.

How long do the meals last?

All meals are fresh and will be fine for up to 4-5 days stored in the refrigerator. If you would like them later in the week in pristine condition keep the next 2-3 days meals out and freeze the rest.

Do I need to heat the meals in a microwave or oven?

Yes, you do. We include heating instructions.

Do your ready made meals cover special dietary requirements?

Absolutely, we want to provide meals that support you to be nutritionally nourished. The main dietary observations are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan and Vegetarian. There are other allergens we can support with if advised.

We have seasonal, periodic or unplanned commitments such as sport or extra-curricular school activities. How can you offer meal support?

We support all types of life events and schedules and with the consistency of weekly meals that are nutritious and supportive, your lifestyle won’t affect your lifestyle if you get what we mean.

Are your meals digestion and gut health friendly?

We understand the importance of gut health, so our menu has been designed to be digestion friendly with this in mind. We understand that the function of our digestive systems can change due to age and or health conditions. See our digestive friendly items on the Cookaborough page.

Can I buy a meals gift voucher?

The gift of meals is a grand feature of our Cookaborough order online system. Gifts for new parents, ageing parents, those recovering from illness or as a spontaneous gift for another is all possible.
