Do you accommodate dietary requirements for the guests?
Yes, we are requested to do this for most catering events these days to ensure that everyone can eat. Our philosophy when it comes to food, allergens or no allergens is simply, ‘one table – all full’. We are extremely aware of the importance of all allergens, how food is prepared and what constitutes risk. We have been leading the way in this field for many years. With that said, and with all of the supports we have in place to ensure that our food safety is optimal, we use all products and food types within our kitchen environment and whilst we do all we can to avoid cross contamination, the ultimate call and responsibility lays with the person who is allergic or does have the potential for an allergic reaction, severe or not.
Can you help with party equipment like glassware, plates, and cutlery?
We have great contacts within the event hire business and have some of our own equipment as well. We can sort all of the arrangements, liaise with the hire companies and ensure that the equipment is on site and ready for your event.
How do you handle clean-up of the catering after the party?
Our motto for cleanup is simple – leave me better than you found me. We will do our part and ensure that the venue is left spotless and ready for the next event.
Do you offer children’s party catering options?
We can certainly build and design a menu for premium children’s parties. We can discuss with you all that we have in our current menus that can be adapted into a child friendly event.
Can you incorporate a specific cuisine or cultural influence into the menu for a party?
Certainly we can theme the event and provide a reference to a specific cuisine and culture, we do not propose to be expert in all cuisines but can certainly bring our all to the occasion and make every part of the celebration delicious.

Yes, we do. Our pastry team can make specialised cakes for any party or event, alongside beautiful grazing dessert platters, special touches and custom anything. Discussion on what, how and when will be key in ensuring the team can provide the very best of their pastry skills.
